Of course it takes a passionate, dedicated and dynamic person to be awarded a Cereality franchise. You need to be a caretaker of the brand and have the vision and energy to be successful. As a franchisee, you are partnering with us for the common goal of the Cereality brand's long-term prosperity. The steps in the franchise process are as follows:

• You fill out a Background Questionnaire stating your interest in owning a Cereality Cereal Bar and Cafe location and provide us with information about yourself. This can be submitted electronically or can be printed and mailed.
• We confirm receipt of the questionnaire, review the material submitted and get back to you with next steps.

Duration: Approximately 3 weeks

• Pre-qualified candidates will be directed to fill out a franchise application. We will review this information and conduct a standard background check.
• The ball is then in our court, and we will communicate next steps.

Duration: Approximately 3 weeks

• The next stage involves an interview in our Chicago offices and a visit to our downtown cafe. We will take this opportunity to get to know each other better. Our UFOC (Uniform Franchise Offering Circular) will be distributed to you. We receive your signed Acknowledgement of Receipt form provided with the UFOC.
• We review your information and desired location. You submit financials and a business plan-including development goals-to us for final approval.
